    What are some or most of your meals during the day, starting with breakfast....???

    breakfast: Oatmeal, Cottage Cheese, Banana & EFA supplement
    Snack: Granola bar
    Lunch: Chili with wheat crackers, tuna, cottage cheese
    snack: Protein Drink
    Dinner: Wheat tortillas with chicken and salsa, natural PB on wheat EFA & Multi.
    Before Bed: Protein drink.

    1. 1 scoop of whey, cereal with skim milk
    2. banana, 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter, 2 slices of wheat bread
    3. pre work out, half banana, 1/4 cup oats, 1 scoop of whey
    4. post work out, same as pre
    5. 2 chicken breasts, apple, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
    6. banana, 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter, 2 slices of wheat bread
    7. 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

    sweet potato with lean 93% Ground beef about 5 oz 3x a day

    Lean Ground Turkey 5oz with 1/2 cup basmati rice, broccoli,sauteed onions, olive oil 1x a day

    egg whites 8, 1 yolk, 1/2 cup of oats 2x a day and some fresh fruit

    1:50 grams whey with 5g glutamine, 4g aakg, 3 cups milk
    2: 2 whole eggs, 6 whites, 3 cups oats, banana
    3: 2 cans tuna, 4 whole wheat bread, apple, half cup walnutsor almonds
    4:40 grams whey pretein, 75 grams carbs, 4g aakg, 5g glutamine, 5g cee
    5:40 grams whey, 90g carbs,flax seed, 4g aakg, 5g glut, 5g cee
    6:8 oz chicken breast, 3 cups rice, 2 cups peas
    7:8 oz 96/4 gorund beef, 2 cups rice, whole wheat bun
    8: 40 grams casein protein in water, 5 grams glut, 3g aakg,

    i also use more milk, and eat lots of fruits and veggies throughout the day. but they are usually snacks. so they add about 175 more carbs

    right now its turkey on toast, followed by turkey with rice and salad, followed by turkey sandwiches, then turkey curry, then turkey tortilla wraps, and finally cottage cheese with turkey trimmings
