If you are gaining size and strength but not gaining weight, you must be losing body fat. Doing both at the same time is great... congrats
If you want to gain weight, just eat more.

I've been on a strict diet of eating 4-5 meals everyday. I'm making sure I eat the right things, but I'm not gaining any weight. I have definantly noticed I gained alot of size and strength increases since my diet, which is great. However I still weigh the same. Has this happened to anyone else?

right, tog ain weight increase your calories...is your protein high enough? if not increase your calories by adding more protein to your diet.
Do you want to gain fat? If not then stick with what you are doing. It sounds like you are making nice progress to me![]()

Yeah I guess that could be the case that I'm losing fat. I didn't think that would be possible seeing as it wasn't my intention. My protein intake has been 150-200 grams a day. My weight is 170 and I've been very constistant with my diet. I think I will try to increase the calories a bit more though, I've been stuffing myself 4-5 times a day and I guess I'll stuff a bit more.
