    Question not gaining any weight

I've been on a strict diet of eating 4-5 meals everyday. I'm making sure I eat the right things, but I'm not gaining any weight. I have definantly noticed I gained alot of size and strength increases since my diet, which is great. However I still weigh the same. Has this happened to anyone else?

If you are gaining size and strength but not gaining weight, you must be losing body fat. Doing both at the same time is great... congrats

If you want to gain weight, just eat more.

Yeah I guess that could be the case that I'm losing fat. I didn't think that would be possible seeing as it wasn't my intention. My protein intake has been 150-200 grams a day. My weight is 170 and I've been very constistant with my diet. I think I will try to increase the calories a bit more though, I've been stuffing myself 4-5 times a day and I guess I'll stuff a bit more.
