    Body Fat

What is the most accurate way of measuring body fat. I am not sure if the online calculators where you enter your weight and height are very accurate.

You are right - the online calculators are FAR from accurate...

To get a truly accurate reading - nothing short of a DEXA or water displacement test every few days is going to be accurate... eg: www.getdunked.com or www.fitcheq.com

There are BIA scales (the ones you stand on) but these vary a lot depending on what you have eaten/drunk that day, your hydration status etc etc... They are good for TRENDS in BF% - but only if you use them at the same time under the same conditions.

Calipers in the hands of a TRAINED person are pretty good - and they improve in accuracy the more sites you test (3 site vs 7 site)... They will be completely inaccurate if you do not know how to use them... and you should get them done by the same person each time - two different people can get completely different results.
