I used to be taking this chocolate bar that had like 15 different vitamins/minerals with 100% of your daily intake...I think I was buying them at QFC. Is this really important to be getting all of the vitamins/minerals and if so, which are more important then others, especially for gaining muslce mass and not fat. I don't remember the name, but maybe I can check at QFC and post back...Anyone take a bar like this, and what is the name? thanks.
Consuming extra vitamins will not necessarily help ou build muscle. You muscle uses only thr vitamins it needs for the day and disposes of the rest. It gets rid of all excess vitamins it does not need. I would take a multivitamin in the morning or your won blend of vitamins and mineral. Zinc, magnesium, potassium, and B-6 either help build muscle or they help stuff go into your muscle. EIther way they are good for you. But one thing to be sure of is that your body gets rid of all excess vitamins so dont go wasting your money or vita-bars or someting when you could just as soon take a multi vitamin.
