Dorm room diet...

Ok, I need some help. I wanted to soon begin taking hydroxy cut to lose some weight and body fat. I know you are supposed to take it I think at first 1 pill 3x a day so long before each meal. Well my only problem is, that in my dorm room breakfast is scarce. I have early 8:15 classes so I rarely can make it to our school cafeteria. So my question is, what are some things i could eat for a healthy breakfast that are dorm room friendly???

A decent cereal. I'm not talking frosted flakes here, but something like regular Cheerios, although fairly processed, would be a Hell of a lot better than nothing. If you can go with a health food cereal like Fiber One, then even better.

Fruit. Eating a piece a fruit for breakfast is a great idea. Not only does fruit contain lots of phytonutrients, but your body is very tolerant to carbohydrate intake in the morning and there's no preparation involved.

Oatmeal. You can microwave the stuff if you are really pressed for time. Solid moderate GI cardbohydrates that are a staple in many people's successful cutting diets.

Whey. Yeah, it might be kind of funky to intake whey early in the morning, but it's a great way to get some protein in you quickly and easily.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

You really should only take fat burners before a work out. You dont to mess with your heart rate while you are in class.

Yeah, I understand that. Good thing is, I only have classes 2 days a week, so I'm good in that department.

I wouldnt want to mess with my heart rate when I know it is gonna be raised by working out.

Make some oatmeal and throw some whey in it.
