    Egg Whites or Wholes?

I just started a bulking diet and I was just wondering wondering whether or not I should eat 3 eggs, or 3 egg whites. I have been eating the whole egg's but i've heard that the yolk is full of cholesterol and I shouldn't be eating those everyday, is their an alternative or should i just eat the whites and get the remaining cals elsewhere?

The yolks aren't going to kill you, but don't overdo it. I good way to go is making an omelette with 1 whole egg and 3 or 4 whites. something along those lines would be good. But since your bulking, you could up that 1, I reckon. It depends on where you are at, and what you are shooting for really.

I agree. When I'm on a bulk I'll have all the yolks. When I'm on a cut I'll either have 1 yolk + whites or all whites.

You can always try egg beaters instead of regular eggs. You can get them with Omega-3 as well.

well i eat 6-8 whole eggs in the bulk. on some days anyway. others 2-3 whole eggs, and 4-5 whites, 1.5 cups uncooked oats, and 12 oz milk. plus a banana good shit.
These are my dreams, which I must make reality!

I always suggest 1-2 whole eggs + whites to requirement. Although dietary cholesterol has little to do with your blood cholesterol levels, there are better (healthier) sources of fats.

I personally eat whole eggs cus I am constantly on a bulk, cus I have low self control when it comes to food...... I know a college guy who eatings 28-30 egg whites in a day along with protein powder, cus he says that are cheap and easy to store.
