Too Skinny, Need Help Gaining Weight
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I am a 17 year old guy that is about 6 feet tall and i weigh about 130 pounds. I have always been skinny my whole life and never really worried about it until high school. I know I am very skinny and I belive its because I have a very fast metabolism but am not positive. I would like some suggestions not only on how to gain weight, but how to get in better shape altogether. Training Regimens, proper diets, I will take any suggestions I can get. I used to think I could do it myself but realize i need proper help.
Thank You |

eat. then eat abit more. after that, eat a little bit more. sleep. then uhh....hmm. eat. then weight train. OHO
p.s when i say eat, i mean healthy nutrtious food. eat lots of pasta, brown rise, whole grain bread, milk, fruits etc.... not a stick of butter and potatoe chips. try some weight gainer powders too. |

Gaining weight has a lot to do with your diet. Chances are, you are probably not eating enough. To gain weight, you're going to have to eat more than you're eating now, which may require you to eat when you're not hungry. Lift weights full body, including legs and back. Do some reading on the diet & nutrition forum and training forum. You can pick up on people's sample routine and sample diets, but make sure you understand it all: why people train this way, eat that way, etc..
