Dunno it's not intended it just the total. It doesn't matter to me if i have more than enough protein as long as it doesn't harm my kidney's.

I mean before the more recent events in my life. I would eat up to 650g carbs, 400g protein, at 260+ pounds.

    1. Decrease protein - you don't need that much (easiest thing to do would be to take out that protein serve from dinner and half the one before bed).

    2. Increase healthy fats or at least spread them out so you add fats to lunch and dinner

    3. Make your snack a 'complete' meal - take some of the protein from another meal and swap it into this meal

    4. Add more vegetables (lunch?) and have a real protein source here instead of MM...(your current lunch is a pretty crappy meal).

Example. a meals can be 1 can tuna, 3 whole wheat breads, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup nuts, apple. eat this 2 times a day, and chicken and rice twice a day, and ground beef and potatoes once a day, along with extra carbs, and 1-2 shakes a day.

why no cardio. you should still do it while bulking. 2-3 times a wek15-20 minutes. moderate pace. And i eat between meals. I make the stuff the night befoe and throw it in my back pak. so between meals i eat 2-3 cups oats, 8oz chicken.
