How does my Cutting diet look??

This is for my cutting phase, trying to drop 20-25 pounds by the end of April. I currently weigh at 180.

Breakfast: Apple, peanut butter on a toast, eggs, water
    Snack: Oatmeal
    Lunch: Brown rice with tuna
    Snack: Protein shake
Dinner: Lean meats/veggies/ or beans, pasta, water.
Before bed: Sandwich (roast beef, turkey, low-fat mayo, multi grain bread) might add some veggies or egg.

    All i drink is water.

    How does it look????

Ok, maybe some improvements, but how much water you drink, how much rest you get, and what is your training going to look like.
These are my dreams, which I must make reality!

well i posted all that on another forum, i just wanted to post my diet here. But water is all i drink, i may go thru 1 liter of water a day, and sleep at least 8 hours. My training is:

    Day 1: Chest/Triceps
    Day 2: Shoulders/Legs
    Day 3: Back/Biceps
    Day 4: Off
    Day 5: Chest/Tris
    Day 6: Shoulders/Legs
    Day 7: Back/Bis
Depending how sore i am, i may take off an additional day or two. For instance i should be doing chest/tris today but im too sore.

As for cardio...i do a low-intensity walk first thing in the morning 3-4 days a week for 25 minutes. Along with walking to and from the gym, walking to and from stores around Toronto.

I wouldn't train specific muscle groups more than once a week.(although I don't know how long you train or the intensity and volume you are working at) You don't want to over train. Your diet looks pretty good to me. I wouldn't eat tuna everyday due to mercury content. I would eat a can once or twice a week. There are different forms of tuna which have less mercury. Definantly drink more water. I would suggest drinking atleast two cups of water at every meal. It is great that you are only drinking water though. Make sure you get atleast 150 grams of protein daily because you want to maintain your muscle as well as possible while on a cut. How many eggs are you eating at breakfast, and are those whole eggs? I only eat two whole eggs and the rest egg whites when I cook my eggs. There is almost no protein in the yoke; it is mostly fat.(although a good fat, which you should have in your diet) Good luck.
