I recently switched to ON. So far so good. I use the percentage of protein in it to determine if it is a good one. The 'ON Gold standard 100% whey' has 80% protein.

I judge a protein by a few things:
    1. protein content per 100g (above 75-80% protein for concentrates, above 90% for isolates)
    2. The processing - cross flow microfilitered is better than ion exchange
    3. taste - nice enough that I can easily drink it (so no pina-colada type stuff )

As long as it fits these then I am happy... [In Aust I have found a pretty good (and relatively inexpensive) powder that is not on the list - so I use that most of the time...]

I just started using ON Whey a few weeks ago. So far I really like it. I was using Nitro-Tech, but that crap got expensive quick.

My only complaint with ON is that they didn't have chocolate in anything but the big 50 dollar tubs. Vanilla taste like crap in water, so I use milk now.

muscle tech sucks! gave me the shits and tastes like shit. I've talked to a few others that agree as well. Also you can buy like 3 times more the amount for the same price for other brands which are as good or probably better.

Optimum Nutrition Whey for the morning and after workouts. Optimum Nutrition Casein for the day and at night.
IMO I think its the best.

I like the taste of All the Whey's chocolate casein more than Optimum Nutrition's chocolate casein. As far as ON's whey protein, I like the chocolate better than the Rocky Road which a lot of people like. Can't go wrong with chocolate in my opinion. I will eventually try the chocolate mint and strawberry flavors.

I actually liked the two MuscleTech products I tried (Nitro & CellTech).

If they weren't so overpriced, I'd still be on them. It's just when you add things up and realize you're spending nearly 100 bucks a month a Creatine, it's time to try something else.

I know they had a lot of problems recently at there facility. (roof collapsed) You may want to try her again, as she was bombarded with delivery delay questions.

Yeah, I like their chocolate casein better than Optimum Nutrition's, but I am still using ON's casein since I have not heard back from ATW/Laura about bulk casein prices (two separate occassions). Not sure what the deal was, but I was going to buy loads of casein and WPI. Business lost.
