    what to eat etc

    im quite new to the trying to eat right things ppl so bare with me lol im trying to work on my upper body especially my arms and abs i think my arms are coming along ok but my abs were going well after about the 1st month or so and now i feel they seem to have gone backwards a bit im fond of my food and im finding it hard replacing the things i like with more healthy options that are also filling

    im mainly on te look out for what to eat during the day as i am really keen on getting a 6pack bt i think the way i eat is holding me back

    any help would be much appreciated guys
