    Eggs, hamburger ,and hard cheeses, then some whole wheat toast and like 3 servings oats. pb and j on them also. good shit

    Huge bowl of oats, egg whites or left over chicken/beef, and a protein shake. Try to throw down some raw veggies, like broccoli or mini carrots if I have em around.

    Well for breakfast anyway.....I do eat a good variety of stuff durring the day.

    Eggs n oats are just easy at 6am before my brains awake and if I eat by 6 I'm at the gym at 7 and its about the only food that doesn't start to repeat on me while working out. I guess I could get up earlier....nahhhhh.

    i'm up to 4200 cals trying to bulk and my weight has stalled..at 159!!! Damn I can't imagine when I get heavier what it'll be like

    Well at the moment I'm havin an weight gainer shake on wake up (6am), because its quick and easy, then I have two whole eggs with oats at nine am
