Just look at the labels and decide for yourself. Look at the obvious things like Calories, Carbs, Protein, Fat, Sat Fat, Sodium.
I've eaten much worse on a bulk. The obvious answer you're going to get is stay away from pre-cooked and process foods at all cost. I say in a pinch do what you have to do, There are much worse things you could be doing to your body!

They provide very little nutrients to your body, poor source of carbs, meats are Grade E at best and the veggies in them are seriously lacking any vitamins. There are much better things you could choose instead of a TV Dinner. I'm not even a protein bar advocate but I'd much rather you choose a protein bar over this.
