    Little help with flax seeds

I just picked up a few items from the grocery store to incorporate into my diet, one of them being flax seeds.. I've read online that you should grind them up or something but I dunno..

Any suggestions of what to do with these flax seeds?

    thanks

Yes most definately. Use a coffee grinder and put them in your oats, salads etc.. You don't get the benefits of flax seed unless they are gound or chopped up.

True but from what I know, your body can't digest them properly and you miss out on the nutritional benefits that the seeds provide, well other than fiber lol.
