Oh No A Little Help with bodyfat

Hey i've been lifting weights now for about two years
and have had my bodyfat measured on scales at 15.9%
but dont know how reliable it is as i definitly dont think that
i look around that, i dont see much of a six pack anyway lol!

I was just wondering as a person new to this game if you could give
me a few tips on how to lose body fat, i'm afraid that too much cardio
will lose the muscle that i have.
Also wondering if i could get any traning tips as well?
Would be very appreciated!

It's all in the diet. Don't rely on cardio to lose fat. It's a useful tool to help increase your metabolism a bit but it should come third on your list.

1. Diet
2. Training
3. Cardio

At the top of this forum is a sticky called Guide to Cutting........ Check that out, look over the links, read and see if you get any ideas from that. Once you have educated yourself a bit on proper diet and nutrition we can help you critique your diet to match your goals

Try buying the book Abs Diet. It has a good structured diet plan including recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It will get you on the fast track to losing fat.

in addition to diet being the most important when you're cutting...try to focus your attention on your measurements and progress pictures rather than your estimates bf%. tanitas, calipers, etc are fine for a general idea but have a margin for error or +/- 3% give or take.

ate stuff like tuna and beans as snacks in between me meals. However
i developed some strecth marks down my left bicep and under my two
armpits which the doctor said was due to too much protein.
This is what i currently eat
Breakfast - Porridge
Tea - Spaghetti
Lunch - 2 scoops potato, sum vegetables and either a
peppered pork chop, lamb chop , 2 slices pizza, chicken

as i said for snacks i ate tuna, beans and any type of fruit

i am 5'7 and 65 kg wouldnt mind putting on bit more muscle weight also
