OMGThat for 1, sounds so disgusting. 2. Too much fat for PWO.
If you are bulking - have whey, milk, oats and maybe some fruit. You don't want that much fat PWO. A little is fine but that is too much.
Then an hour later have a meal of P/C/F of real food.
