    getting frustrated

Just posted but it's not shown up. I just wanted to know if anyone had experienced much less fat loss than their friends, even though following the same plan?

Also I saw lots of fat loss for the first 2 weeks but then nothing since, I'm bummed.

not everyone's body is the same. you should try to change your diet around and get your excersizeing in check.

Genetics my friend... It is the reason why one person can eat anything they want and sit on their butt all day, while another grows love handles at the thought of food.

Usually it comes down to NEAT (non-exercise associated thermogenesis) - which is just a fancy way of saying that they move a lot more during the day (they are those kids who don't sit still... they fidgit and jump around and generally just burn off a hell of a lot more calories than the 'thrifty' folks)...

Try to manipulate your diet and training and see if that works - different programs have different responses for different people.. It may just be that you need a different calorie level, or a different workout routine and you will start to see results.

thanks for the replies, makes sense. what about me losing fat initially though and then just coming to a grinding halt? surely the program must've been working at first and my nutrition is very near perfect.

Your body may have adjusted to what you are doing - swap things around and see if it starts to respond again...
