Dude your from my hometown!! I use to live in Selden, I now live in florida. I moved when I was little, but I lived on willow st, right off of middle country road, you know where that is? I went to stagecoach elementary...

im us myspace as well myspace.com/954pimp

you are losing mass because your carbs are way too low. I had over 50g carbs for breakfast even when I was cutting. I wouldn't go that low...Maybe 150...But not 50!

Give us some details...How much do you weigh? Whats your diet like? And creatine pills are total crap, get a creatine mono and mix it with some dextrose or get a pre mixed supplement (phosphagen hp). The pills won't do crap except make your wallet smaller.

Hmmm, there are many who argue that a high protein/high fat/very low carb diet is the best for retaining lean muscle mass while losing weight. Many diets are entirely based around this.
