    Depends on the brand - but usually 1 cap = 1g of fat = 9 cals
    With each cap having 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA.

    i take about 4 of those a day along with a can of tuna

    sound good?

    But 6g of fish oils + some from fish each day is not too much.
