Need help with a diet that will help me reach my goals..

Well, my goal is to get around 4 or 6 Percent Body Fat.. but i dont wanna be a skinny ass bitch.. im not the most muscular man in the world but i like a few muscles of mine like arms shoulders and stuff like that but id like to get ripped, i hope i get a diet program or some very good advice here. if possible if someone who knows what theyr talking about can give me some diet plans on what to eat so i can follow that routine like a meal plan for example meal 1 threw 6, or 5 or whatever times u want me to eat a day.. i was told to post a threat of my goals etc.. and also my age and what not.. so here it is

    Age:17 (18 in may 29th)
    Height:6'1(approximately give or take..)
Weight:190-200(when i eat i end up around 200 or 198, after i work out weigh myself in the morning and im 190-192)
Body Fat%:dont know(never knew how to messure bodyfat percentage)
    Left Bicep:15"7 Right Bicept:15
    Thighs:22(both)
Leg:16(i think its leg but its the muscle in the back of ur leg hehe)
    Chest:44 and a half
    Waist:37 and a half
    Forearm:13"1 R Forearm:12"7 (i wanna get atleast 15 inch forearms)

and like i said my main goals are get a very low Body Fat % 4% or 6% hehe maybe under 8 %.. getting ripped like to reach a 48-51 inch chest 17 inch bicep 28 inch waist 15 inch forearms and i dont care how much i weight but i think once i accomplish all of that id be around 170 i hope or with all of my goals i have to weigh 180 or something it sfine with me the weight i dont really care about..

sometimes i get discouraged like ive been following a diet then using this protien supplement then i get told i dont need it and people tell me i do so i get mad and go eat me a subway and a good cup of soda lol just i need the right diet like i feel like im following the wrong diet, i was following the diet on the cutting threat but now i dont even know what to eat they say it depends on my goals etc...

so if anybody can give me a meal plan i can follow how often i should workout etc.. very helpfull and forever will be greatfull

Note: (i do not wanna loose any strenght if possible get more powerfull using diet program)

I dont think youd be alive with 1% bodyfat.

Im no expert, but just make a meal plan that has 5-6 meals a day..
reduce your calorie intake, and just workout.

there is also another approach i was reading about on the forums called the anabolic diet. It seems very interesting to me, i personally want to give it a shot some day
