    I use Miracle Whip Light. works good. 1.5g fat per serving. .5g is good fats. so not too bad.

    Dyl, I honestly think you overanalyze your diet to the point of psychosis. A little mayonnaise every now and again will not kill you. Jodi's pseudo-mayo is pretty good taste-wise, though.

    I found some great Mayo at Nature's Pantry... Soybean oil, some mustard, and egg yolks.. that's about the only ingredients it has. Tastes great.

    OK I know I'm a bit weird but I actually usually us 1/2 hellmans real mayo, 1/2 safflower mayo. I honestly like the real mayo taste better, but the safflower is better for you, and they taste good together, it really combines well. Please don't bash my mayo habits, I'm very self-conscious about this.
