Does anybody know the density of fat? I was just trying to estimate how many pounds i wanted to lose so i could have a better idea of how long my cutting cycle will take. I've heard a pound of fat is roughly the size of a Rubic's cube, but I was just wondering if someone knew exactly in cubic inches. Also, would water retention affect that size? Thanks.
