    need help!!!!

    hey, guys im about 5'8 150 pounds, and work out about 3 times a week, i have the isoflex whey protein shake which i only take after my work out, and my buddy is gonna give me the mammoth 2500, should i take that in the morning or not, i dont really wanna get big just tone up wat i got!! thanx

    No such thing as "toning". You don't want to get big, so why take a weight gainer?

    Make your own shake, it'll be better for you. Oats, milk, peanut butter, fruit etc... better for you, ta boot
