No such thing as "toning". You don't want to get big, so why take a weight gainer?my buddy is gonna give me the mammoth 2500, should i take that in the morning or not, i dont really wanna get big just tone up wat i got!! thanx
Make your own shake, it'll be better for you. Oats, milk, peanut butter, fruit etc... better for you, ta boot![]()
