    Yogurt and Oats?

I like to eat fat-free yougurt mixed with oats every day, once a day. Is this alright? I like eating it because it makes me not full. I have a hard time eating 6 meals a day. Especially when I don't get any breaks at work so I like to eat something quick, and this stuff is quick to eat.

Actually no I am not. I literally have no breaks at work. I try to eat and work at the same time. I can't sit and eat so I have to digest something quick.

Then no, I don't think this is good. Why can't you have a protein shake? or eat reheated chicken or a salad while you are working?

I use one cup of oats and one and a half of yogurt. Off the top of my head, that's roughly 24 grams of protein. What's wrong with that?

Nothing .. 24G of protein will more than likely be 'fine' - depending though on your weight and bodyfat %.
But why not just add some whey powder to it? - It makes it even more yummy (espically if theres also strawberries involved!)

sounds good to me, but anohter option would be bonless skinless chicken breast. Bale them the night before and put them in a sandwich bag. When you you need to eat, pop one out and munch....finger food.
