is taco bell really bad? if someone cannot live without it how often would it be convinient to eat, or is it that bad that you should never eat taco bell or any other fast food products?? how much does it effect someone 2 reach theyr goals... if say theyd eat taco bell once every 3 or 4 weeks?
You don't sound like you really want to dedicate yourself if you think that you can't live without Taco Bell.
Yes, it's crap food. Now if you want to go there for a cheat meal occassionally than that is fine. Fast food in general is all crap.
The only ones that have some sort of healthy stuff is Chipolte, Taco Del Mar and Baja Fresh. They all have healthy and lower fat foods available but the cals do add up in those places too.

I like Chipolte myself.
I get the bowl. No rice, no sourcream, no cheese. More pinto beans and double chicken. Medium and mild salsa. Add some Chipolte Tabasco and you got a great tasting meal.
I ate 0 fast food for 10 weeks and cut about 14 lbs of fat. Then 4 weeks ago I went on a 14 day fast food binge and gained it all back......so I would say avoid it like the plauge .

it obviously won't hurt you, and to be honest, i've had buddies of mine who are just as big as i, some bigger, who ate not crap, but whatever they want, when they want it, and recieve excellent gains.
it was always mind boggling to me how someone eating a bag of doritos, a turkey sandwhich on white, three chocolate chip cookies, and a coke could be that big, but somehow people manage to do that.
