    protein pudding!?

hey everyone, just wondered if anyone else has tried this pudding from instone. The taste is great and its an easy 20 g. of protein with no sugar.
I think the stuff is way better than any bar i've ever had.

making a "protein pudding" joke here would be so far beneath me...maybe todd would

but im going to say that a slow burning lean protein source to hit the sweet tooth on a diet is a fine idea

This always makes me laugh so hard........its just another example of the gullibility of the general public.

Dude, stop to think about it.....pudding. ITS PUDDING!! Why waste your money on expensive Instone crap when you can make it yourself??

Add bread to your protein shake, and puree, i am sure you can get a pudding like texture. lol gross, but a plan.

ya i know its pudding but come on, i would rather pay less than two bucks a can for something that taste good than almost three dollars for a nasty bar that i have to choke down with two bottles of water. ive been eating it instead of my big 100 met-rx bars for about a month and haven't gained any body fat at all. plus buying in the can is much easy for me because its easy to take to work.

Glad it works for you and, honestly, if it was cheaper I'd buy it too. Having an alternative during the day would be grand.

Fat free yogurt + scoop of chocolate/vanilla whey/casein + splenda = cheaper, more tasty, and cleaner yogurt.

I use to do it all the time when i was cutting, to make me feeling like I was having desert. I use to throw almonds in as well.

I'll often do cottage cheese + PB + SF maple syrup + cocoa/diet hot-chocolate... Mixed together and frozen for 30-45 minutes it tastes like chocolate-peanut butter ice-cream!!
