Fat free & Sugar free foods....

Hey ,I was just wondering what your opinions on fat free sugar free foods such as Popsicles, pudding, jello, etc. are?

Besides the artificial sweetener in them, do you think they are OK to have as a snack if one is looking for something sweet?...(besides fruit)

One more thing, if they say no sugar and stuff, then where are the carbs in them coming from..ex: had some no f/s pudding and the label said it had 4 carbs per serving, what kind of carbs are these?

appreciate it

i eat massive amounts of sugar free jello when i'm cutting. it almost always satisfies my craving for sweet stuff, at 40 calories a box. you can't beat it.

The carbs come from vegetable starch that thickens the pudding. Not to bad for you, but if your making the pudding remember to count the milk that you make it with.

There's always room for jello!!!!

Try hot oatmeal and stir in chocolate whey protein powder, not all that low in cals but very yummy and good for you......That usually gets my sweet fix.
