    help me please.

    hey guys im new to this site.
    im 6'2 170lbs 15 years old. iv been working out for about 7months so far. i used to be really fat but i grew a lot and now im skiny. I have lost fat everywhere on my body except my stomach... i can never lose the fat that covers the abs. What should i do that could help me lose that annoying fat?
    What are the best foods for me to be eating while lifting weights and wanting to lose that little fat that covers the abs. thanks

    For your abs i would reccomend a Healthy variety of cardiovascular exercises (running,swimming,biking,etc.) I would maintain a diet of low fat, high protiens and normal carbs, that means eat in moderation and eat healthy(no snickers bars). Eat lean meats, fish,fruit,vegtebles and whole bread. Include milk, water and other HEALTHY items.
