    low carb diet question

    im ojn really low carb diet probly around 35 grms max a day im not sure about salad how much carbs are in a serving about?

    I have done the 35gm carb a day diet and it works well for about 2-3 weeks, after that you should really bump it up to 100-150.

    thnx guys thnx foreman yea its been 2half weeks and ive lost 17lbs i wanna bump it up tho yea

    Yep, I drop about 15 lbs in 2 weeks on that diet also.....then the weight loss slows down. I think the 2-3 week shock is good and does not canabilise any muscle....I usually get stronger in those 2 weeks, but the low carb diet is very un-healthy if done for months and months.
