I see no reason th "bulk up" unlsee your goal is to get fat. What position do you play and at what level??
When bulking is it okay to eat just about anything? I was at 195 and my goal is to get to 215 for football tryouts next spring. I am at 207 right now but I'm not incorporating cardio in my workouts so I can continue to add weight until I hit 215. Is it okay to eat like this? I am eating like 5 or 6 times a day, but I don't get full.

Well I am trying to walk on at a div 1 school to play either WR or safety...Or where ever else the team can use me. I'm 6'1 207 right now but I know I want to be around 215 and maintain that weight before I walk on.
Speed and skill are what will get you on the team IMO....I would make sure you put on 0 fat, just pure muscle....if you are gaining more than 1 lb a week you are gaining too much fat....also check your body fat% every 2 weeks so you have a good idea where you stand.Originally Posted by jakeluvspunk
