I am cutting but something is wrong..

Since I am in school I can't really have five meals a day but here is what I am eating

Breakfast : 4 egg whites, bowl of oatmeal

Lunch : Two turkey burger patties with salad, Roasted chicken, two slices of whole wheat bread

Night: Bowl of Pasta, Roasted Chicken, Salad with Turkey burger with ranch dressing.

Before Bed : Two scoops of Muscle Milk with 15oz skim milk.

Is this good or do I need to tweek something, I feel as if I am eating something wrong.

Seems like too much food in your lunch and dinner meals. Why not eat a snack in betweeen clases between breakfast and lunch? And, why not eat something right after school and then eat dinner. Eat some real food before bed. You need to space out your meals - I know it's hard but it can be done. I don't go to school so maybe someone here who does can tell you what they do

Without your stats and food quantities, it'll be hard for people to say....

Do you have an aversion to fruits and veggies?

pasta, wheat bread, ranch dressing....not great
    turkey burger...okay if homemade.
roasted chicken...store bought or over roasted?

It's so hard to because of my class schedules. I am 6'2 and 220 so I think I might be taking in less calories except I just read how a calorie deficit makes the body burn muscle instead of fat.

Yea I am getting rid of ranch and the turkey burger is fat free or 99% fat free. The Chicken is oven roasted.

I work 35 hours a week and take a full load of classes and I still get my 6 meals in. You have to prepare your meals the night before. I bought a GF grill from wallmart, and I use it 3 times a day at least.

    The night before:
Cook 3 boneless skinless chicken breast, or whatever lean meat that you like, and store them in some glad containers. I do not know if you are carb cycling, but you may need to cook 2 cups of brown rice(7cups prepared), and put 1 cup on rice on top of the chicken.
so you will have three glad containers with 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of rice in each one. Now you have 3 prepared meals that you can scarf down inbetween classes.

    The morning of:
Your breakfast meal sounds good so stick with that. Take your 3 prepared meals and put them in a bag of some kind and head to class. I also bough some drink containers with a good lid that do not spill, and I put whey in them. Put 1 or 2 in your backpack, and stop by a water fountain to fill the container up, shake, and drink.

Yeah I know, cold food and watered down whey taste like shit, but you have to do it if you want to get what you want. If you figure out a better system, by all means let us know.

Excellent advice, I do the very same thing.

How does your school schedule work? Do you have any "large" breaks in between classes (more than 5 minutes to allow for "passing time") or any off-campus time? I am sure you will be able to cram in at least one extra meal during school hours.
