Just 1 day...and its not terrible, could have went to mc donalds and had an egg mc muffin, that would been bad. Lettuce and eggs, can't complain about that...But try to normally get more carbs in the morning...OATS!!

You can't just have a generic 'figure' - it has to be based on your weight, activity, overall calorie intake, what type of diet you are following... whether or not you like oats...![]()
