Hey you know how you are supposed to eat carbs with protein. I didn't have wheat bread today so instead i ate lettuce with my eggs... Is that combination fine?

Use water in your oatmeal then. And you're using skim milk, yes?

How long is a piece of string??

You can't just have a generic 'figure' - it has to be based on your weight, activity, overall calorie intake, what type of diet you are following... whether or not you like oats...
