    my goals?

okay here goes it may sound like im setting my goals to high but i could really use some help with toning and losing fat.
i dont have a diet really i just eat whatever i want a tipical day is probably some mcdonalds around 1 pm then i go home and snack on something like a sandwich (turkey or ham with cheddar cheese and mayo)
i drink about 4 colas a day and maybe some water or sometimes no pop and i just drink beer, lol.
i know your probably laughing right now.
for lunch i eat maybe a hot dog or 2 or some top ramen, and for dinner some stuffing with alfredo noodles and sauce and a vege.
then before i go to bet i have a snack like cake or sanwich or cereal.
i know this is not a good diet i really dont know what im supposed to eat and i dont liike to cook all the time im not good with recipes.
i like food i can pop in the mic and eat.lol
as far as exercise i dont.
i try sometimes but after a few days i take a day off and never seem to get back to it.
Any ways i want to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 120.
i am 5 foot 8 inches and need alot of help on my mid section.and i cannot stand love handles.
    i have them.
after i had both my babies i weighed 185 so i have lost a lil but not enough.
i gained 55 pounds with each baby.
my goals are just to tone up alot and lose some inches .does anyone know some good exercises to do at home. i do have a tredmill.
    i want a 4 or six pack,i mean that i can see,lol
any tips on types of food and exercise will really help.sorry for the long post. thank you and god bless you!!!
