summerise your feelings on what im eating..

well, ive thought some things out, i have a decent cardio workout in the morning, and a decent bodybuilding workout 4 out of 7 nights a week.
And so all that is really left, is a realistic and good diet.. and this is what it hought i would do...

sometime between 7.30am & 8am- breakfast- i would go for high carb kind of food, to last me the day- such as something a little sweet not overly fatty, just a lot of carbs- like 1/2 can of semolina(alomost a pudding but not quite, more like a porridge), then i would go for 2 slices of brown toast--> i know its a lot, but i have a busy day whereby i need the energy.

12.30- lunch- 2 sandwiches, and a bottle of water (500ml)- i know its not a lot, but the problem is that i go college, whereby i have this pratically 10 ton bag, full of fucking books the size my thigh... So with limited space in my bag, i manage to fit these things in.

sometime between 3.30pm & 4pm- tea- im usually kind of starved, so i go for 2 sandwhiches again, this is to compensate for the lack of food throughout the 7 hours of school. im not too sure about this part of my day it feels right to eat here at theis amount, but im not too sure.

sometime between 6pm & 7pm- i would defienately go for some protein foods, this may include eggs, lamb, or chicken. And probably somed boiled vegetables, or even a salad. I usually feel quite satisfied and full, at this point.

SNACKS I MAY HAVE IN BETWEEN- well, after coming from school about 4pm, i would have some apples, and a lot of water, and the occasional tea (dont laugh, i was brought up around loving this stuff).

ON monday, wednesday, friday and sunday- these are my lifting days, thus i have this protein shake- its called casillas 90.. i proved useful last where, as a gained a bit of mass.

Critics and comments plz-- this is pretty bad, but please take into account that i am extremely busy becaseu of school, im lucky if i get one full hour to my self.

You're eating too many carbs, not enough complex. Not enough protein.

    Example of a good breakfast:
    Oats, eggs
    or
    Oats, protein shake

You want carbs, protein and fats in your morning meal not just a carb load.

Start shying away from the bread so much. 4 sandwiches is 8 slices of bread which is about 800 calories of primarily carbs.

Look around at diets, see what others are doing and try to modify. You might be busy with school but you're not unique. I go to college, too. You have breaks. You could fit a tupperware container of chicken, brown rice and some veggies in your bag. Much healthier than a deli-meat sandwich.

    Summary:
More protein, less simple carbs, space out your meals.

i dont understand your breakfast at all? two pieces of brown toast (whatever that is) and some pudding?

eggs, oats or a big homemade protein shake would work much better there. that could be a snack or something depending on whether your bulking or cutting.

So even if i want to lose fats, i can still get the muscle, without actually taking away the bigger foods, if this is right, i will go with this yeah- and with this throughout my day... could someone tell me the best kind of dinner to have, because mine looks kind of wierd compared to what you guys will probably say..

You dinner (protein such as chicken, fish, LEAN red meat etc) and vegetables (steamed - lightly, so they are still crispy) or salad (hold the crappy dressings) is perfect!

You might want to add some healthy fats like avocado, or cook with some olive oil as well.
