You're eating too many carbs, not enough complex. Not enough protein.
Example of a good breakfast:
Oats, eggs
or
Oats, protein shake
You want carbs, protein and fats in your morning meal not just a carb load.
Start shying away from the bread so much. 4 sandwiches is 8 slices of bread which is about 800 calories of primarily carbs.
Look around at diets, see what others are doing and try to modify. You might be busy with school but you're not unique. I go to college, too. You have breaks. You could fit a tupperware container of chicken, brown rice and some veggies in your bag. Much healthier than a deli-meat sandwich.
Summary:
More protein, less simple carbs, space out your meals.



it feels right to eat here at theis amount, but im not too sure.

, i would prob just go with wotever is put in front of me but now im starting to realise just training and cardio wont help and i REALLY need to start dieting properly so for me a day would prob consist of
