    Hello again,protein question?

Hi everyone i have started drinking designer whey protein the past 3 weeks i havent used a blender just plan water mixing it with a spoon.Anyway i have noticed that i am feeling very very bloated it creeps up so by the time i go to bed i feel 10lbs heaver lol.Do you think it is possible that the glutimine in there is doing it since i am a girl and i do believe that lots of the drinks out there are geared for men.Or am a nut to think that mabe i am protein sensitive , i have been eating more of it.I have been training for many years and always have eaten clean but i have rarely counted my protein intake .Now that i am counting, my intake is 115 grams .So what do u think lol?

Try a better protein that is an isolate - sometimes people find these bloat them less...

The fact you are a girl will have nothing do to with it.

    Try some ON Whey.

Some protein drinks I've tried in the past made me feel this way, but not this one. Just don't drink it with water.

I can say that I do not like the taste of ON Protien powder mixed with water, milk, vodka, etc. I do like the taste of All the Whey Protien poweders and I usually just mix it with water. It does not bloat me at all. Just my 2 cents.
