If you're eating three, four, five or six times a day (however many times, doesn't matter) -- what do you do if it's time for your next meal, but you're not hungry?
I usually eat about 5 times a day, unless I'm starving before I go to bed and end up eating a 1/2 c. oatmeal or S/F Jello or whatever, but lately I've found that come around 3/3:30 in the afternoon, when it's time for my 4th meal, I'm not hungry.
Should I just not eat or should I make myself eat a little something just to keep the fuel burning??
All the glory to God!
I would eat (but I am a)...
I usually suggest eating because often if people wait they get hungry and end up snacking/binging... So that might not be sensible...
Also - if you have calculated out your calorie requirement and you are seeing results then you know you are not overeating and the food is being used...
But see what works for you....
Waiting for a little while to eat is probably not going to do you any harm (as long as it doesn't result in the snacking stuff I commented on)... Your metabolism will not 'slow down' that quickly.
