    Before Bed Snack (Not Meal)

Recently I have been debating myself for and against a before bed meal.

Well, tonight I was hungry. So I ate some Almonds and Cottage cheese. A small amount.

What is the best pre-bed meal?

i would think the answer depends on if youre bulking/cutting/maintaining ...i think what you ate is not bad at all, high protein, minimal fat, low carbs

Even if cutting, there is nothing wrong with eating a small meal before bed. Just make sure you are staying within your daily caloric range. Are you cutting or bulking?
