    sushi

    How bad is sushi for a cut diet?
    I dont mean eating it regularly i mean like once every two weeks or so.

    Sushi is my Fav food without a doubt. If you can you should eat more sushimi then regular sushi. Shushimi is more fish and less rice.

    In my opinion sushi is fantastic and is one of the healthier 'take away/meal out' options (as long as you go for the ones without all that mayo etc in them)

    Anyway - if you are cutting, and if your diet is on track for the rest of the time, then regardless of if it is sushi or not, endulging in a treat meal once every two weeks or so is going to be fine.

    But I would go for sushi too!

    Probably not a carb in any of them!!!

    You can cut great at a sushi bar with the right selection
