    Low Carbs

    hey right now i want to lose a little fat cuz i was bulking up and i gain alot of weight including alot of fat i have upper abs but the lowers abs are lost i dont want to loe alot of muscle just want to lose 10 to 12 pounds of fat and adding muscle as well do o need to go on a low carb diet or i need carbs too ?

    You should really start here and check out some ideas on what a cutting diet looks like first This will help you understand. Then you need to experiement. Some people don't need to go low carb and others do - it all depends on your own metabolism, dedication and intensity in training.

    well my metabolism is really fast i need to take over 4000 to gain all i want is to get my lowers abs

    yea i saw it is really helpful so i would go on low but not to low on carbs thank u
