I have no idea.... but why would you want to cycle every day?
eh??
Nevermind, I thought it was Low/high/low/high.
I'm not a fan intense carb cycling.
You are better off having a high day the day of, or the day just before a REALLY heavy weights day... So as long as this is the case, and as long as you are losing weight/fat, then it is fine...Quote:

reading the article again it does not state that high carb day should be on no training day. I also found out that on high carb day I can lift like a superman.
So , shall I try...
Monday Workout - Low carb (one morning + one post workout)
Tuerday Workout- Low Carb (Same)
Wednesday REST - No carb
Thursday Workout -High
Friday Workout- Low carb (same)
Saturday REST - No carbohydrate
Sunday Workout- Low carb(same)
Therefore switching from No Low No High to something like Low/High carb on workout days and No on the rest days.........
Yeah... You are best to try to not do weights on no carb day..Quote:

You might want to try something like:
high
low
no
high
low
no
low
At first. It will give youf some more room to move for lowering carbs later on in the diet...
damn you are good
