Prohormones taken orally have to survive the digestive system process. Taken with food and vitamins they have a decent chance of dodging those evil digestive juices.
Today I overheard an employee in GNC say that prohormones should be taken with a multi-vitamin. Is this true? Why?

I would not bother taking oral prohormones. They are not an effective form of prohormones.
Try topicals, such as sprays or gels.
Yea I agree with prince, there crap Ive been taking them for about a month now no diffrence just a waste of good hard earned money.Lots of good food, hard training, and plenty of rest,oh yea creatine works great for me.
The transdermal application is more efficient, but that doesn't mean the oral prohormones aren't any good. I had excellent results.
Don't be fooled by creatine. Its a temporary pump up of water.
Yea I guess that its true that prohormones `work for some and not for others like other things. And Im not fooled by the creatine I know its the water but I like it.
