    Egg Whites

    HI THERE DOES ANYBODY NO HOW MUCH PROTEIN IS IN 1 EGG WHITE AND DO ANY OF YOU MASS BUILDING GUYS TAKE THEM IF SO HOW I CANNOT SWOLLOW THEM DOWN ON THERE OWN HOW DO YOU TAKE YOURS?

    3.5g of protein in a large egg white. I eat 2 whole eggs and 5 egg whites twice a day. I can't eat them boiled, so I cook them.

    Don't try to eat them raw.....mostly becuase the protein is unusable if they're not cooked....plus you risj a biotin deficiency.

    scramble them, fry them in olive oil, omlette them, quiche them (the healthy way), sunny side, over easy, poached.

    most days I scramble them just because of time.

    hard boiled. i thought all the protein was in the whites so it should be like 6 grams in the whites. also what are the cals in 1 large egg white

    Ok Can I Scramble 4 White To 1 Whole Egg?if So How Much Protein Will This Give Me?

    I usually have 5 eggs everynow and then (1 whole and 4 whites). Scramble them up nicely
