HI TO ALL GREAT FORUM WITH SOME GREAT FOLKS.ok eat big to get big im 6ft 2inch and weigh 15stone 11pounds skinny i no,can somebody post me a good mass building diet to follow has im a bit lost im eating chicken fish pasta jacket spuds oatmeal but how much?what do you guys eat to get big ?protein shakes just make me feel bloated and i like to eat food please help thanks
