I just finished bulking and I'm currently 165 lbs. During my bulking phase I was eating about 3,250 calories, and gained 30 pounds. I want to start cutting tomorrow, and want to know what you all think about this diet. Is it too high in calories? Are the cabs too high? Feedback would be very much appreciated!

Alright, so we are looking at:

    Protein- 230g (35%)
    Carbs- 295g (45%)
    Fat- 58g (20%)

Personally, since your cutting, I would go with this. I might even drop the carbs a little more and let you have a carb-up day, but it is your choice:

    Protein- (40%)
    Fat-(30%)
    Carbs- (30%)
