    sweet potato

How do you cook sweet potatoes? I am starting to add these to my diet and I am wondering the best and fastest way to cook them.

I just bake 3 or 4 in the oven at a time, eat one and put the rest in the fridge

Doesn't it take a while to bake them? How long and how much heat?

poke holes in them with a fork, then wrap in a damp paper towel. Microwave for 3-4 minutes, turning half way through.

They dont come out with crispy skins like the oven, but its quick, and easy.

I tried sweet potatoes once, in the microwave, and I'm never touching that crap again. Yuck! Can the oven really make them taste that much better?
