What do you usually put overtop your pasta? If you do use a sauce what kind do you use? I'm looking for ideas.

I don't tend to do a sauce....but if I do it's usually meatless and just a homemade tomato based sauce. They're pretty easy to throw together....pick just about any recipe on the 'net and modify to your specific needs.
