    refeed & leptin questions

    Hello,

I have some questions regarding refeed and leptin.

First, I am wondering what is considered "low carb" on a 1700 calorie diet? Is it around 125 grams or lower of carbs? I weigh 170 lbs.

Second, how many grams of protein do we need on a refeed, high carb day? Once again I weigh 170 lbs.

Third, when we eat pasta on a refeed day, are we allowed sauces as long as it's fat free and sugar free?

Fourth, what is considered "high fat" and "low fat" in grams for a 170 lbs person?

That's it for now. Thanks everyone!!!

first off, 1700 cals is too little for any 170lb male

125g carb is low/moderate carb diet

shoot for 600g carb to leave the expression on leptin u want. eat 100-200g protein i guess. u want some but concentrate on carb

use sauce on your pasta no big deal. you oviously know you want low fat but you want sugars.

high fat is 40%+ of you calories coming from fat, low fat is 10% like 30g
