    Butter

What kind of butter do you use for your fats? I noticed in the grocery list it says "real butter"? What does that include. Not margarine or spray. I use contry crock.

In my opinion you would be better off using olive oil, avocado, tahini or nut butter instead.

These are a much better source of fats.
