    Breakfast:
    2 eggs/pancakes
    homefries
    bacon
    orange juice

    Lunch:
    Either a sub with:
    turkey
    cheese
    lettuce
    tomatoes
    onions
    italian dressing

    or

a "sizzler" which is spicky chicken, rice, hot sauce, ranch dressing, cheese, on a wheat wrap

with fries or chips sometimes some chilli.

    Dinner:
Usually one of the above that I didnt have for lunch
    or
a burger with cheese and bacon
    macoroni or potato slad
    cookie
    soda

Then anytime I have time during the day I ewat mac and cheese or some type of snack, jsut soemthing to fill me up. But time is a huge factor because I have a double major, not much time. Thanks in advance for your input. See ya

I don't know where to start, dude. Read the stickies particuarly this one: http://ironmagazineforums.com/showthread.php?t=21113 and try again.

You should be eating 5-6 smaller meals a day. Each meal should have protein, good carbs, and good fat.
