i just need a list of foods to eat

what happens is that i tend to use my youth as an excuse as to not to eat the right foods

like instead of bringing my own lunch most days i buy lunch at school thats usually fried and such..nothing but fat..and i use the excuse "well im only a teenager i shouldnt be watching what i eat so much"

    or

" ill start eating better next week"

i just need a little jump start or something

sorry if this is too much trouble guys
